Oh i forgot to congratulate
Chinese Dance for the AWESOME GOLD, and Chinese Orchestra for the also AWESOME GOLD with honours, and ELDDS and CLDDS for the AWESOME SILVERS!
You guys are wonderful. Chyi, and all the chinese dancers, don't be too hard on yourselves.. We all know what a humongous effort you put into this, and seriously, Gold is really, truly an amazing award. We're all proud of you.

(Although i do wonder where these hearts come from? And dear pigs im so sorry we have to do this to you. All in the name of science right? And don't worry you will leave a legacy. Your hearts will do great as one day, amazing doctors, surgeons and veterinarians will be born and all that would have happened because we, pupils of secondary 3 faith, walked out of the Biology lab 10 years ago, taking the experience of examining your hearts with us, and turning it into the passion of saving lives)
Exciting or what! (Maybe this can permanently occupy my thoughts)

Or find something that would make me occupied all hours all day so I can't think. Dammit i don't want to think. I mean what's the deal with thinking. It can only make you worry, feel tired and restless and drain your body of its pathetic amount of energy, that after you are done thinking, you feel weak and life will seem so bleak and tiring. But what am i saying? You can never stop thinking.
Ah. What if i could just do things and not think of anything. Everything!
Learning an instrument is time consuming!
Yes! Okay i want to learn the electric guitar. Oh no no. The cello. Or maybe the sax. Oh why not all three?
Of course. Money.
Great.
Or i could just get a life.

Well there hasn't really been much to blog about because school has just been like, school.
Oh but there is just this thing with science teachers that is so amusing.
Miss Bio Lim is mad over showing us the pig's intestines and rectum and all that, and also crazy about the time when we are gonna dissect the pig's heart. She would go, "So cool right! Why you all look so grossed out?" Fine I do admit its super cool, and i completely share her excitement, but this coming out from a teacher, lets just say im WOWed.
Mrs Chem Tan just chased us out from class this morning to the chem lab by telling us that she would kiss the last person. Obviously we all didnt want to get smooched by mrs tan, so the whole class was rushing madly to the lab. What a cool technique!
Mr Physics Wong performed a "black hole" magic trick for us in class. It was so cool. I tried to find the fake finger, but seriously, it wasn't there! And he looks like a little boy.
Oops XD
And when i go blog-hopping and see all these emotional, mushy posts, i get freaked out. Am i a hypocrite?
or maybe i haven't gone through what they are going through and i probably shouldn't be judging? Okay yeah whatever.
I am forgetting, and i don't know if it's good or bad.
Theoretically, it should be good. To forget i mean.
But i don't want to follow the rules, i don't want to be practical, i don't want to forget
And maybe, just maybe,(i don't want to admit) i purposely wore my jacket today just so i won't forget (or just to remember what it felt like)

First three weeks of term two has been really slack and typically, the next few weeks will be like hell.
Well anyways, right now the netballers are in my house and we're having an 'end of season party' :D Pizzas, movies, home-made popcorn, cupcakes. Oh this is all soo fattening! Luckily(or unluckily) we start training on Monday!
Although it's a long weekend, tomorrow will be the only day when I could do all my homework, oh and study for the 70-page-topic test on wednesday.
Thats because saturday there's science centre, which is quite interesting because we're doing all the DNA stuff and forensics for Bio, but we've done that so many times before in the past few years.. Then after that there is Lele's SWEEEET FIFTEENTH at My Ben's and her Jerry's! Exciting!
On Sunday, the whole day will be taken up by our Service learning project. We're probably gonna go help out with some roadshow thing. Support Go Red for Women!

April Fools. Was. Great!
It was the most accomplished April Fools i've ever had!
Let me just share with you the few things that happened today.. :D
1) So in the morning, although I made sure I was fully prepared to face the anticipated war in school, I got tricked the first thing. Darn! So much for the preparation..
Qing msged "I sprained my ankle again! :-( ARGH."
Hey I wasn't being gullible! I was worried! Qing you've already sprained both sides, how can you sprain again! And there is a match tmr..
So of course, Qing, I was so anxious for you, but you managed to trick all of us :D A very good one though, i was so mad i got tricked!
2) I am migrating to Australia. HAHAHA Rachel! Who says i can't act!
3)PLAN: Ms Lim comes to class and we greet her, like normal. Then when we sit, ALL OF US- we're suppposed to somehow make our butts miss and slip off the chair.
It was really hilarious! The whole class collapsed to the floor at the same time and then everyone went mad with laughter.
Oh and Mayshuen was supposed to pretend she lost her glasses in all that commotion, then she would get up and say "Oh i found them!!" (and she pops up with my eyeball glasses) The best part was that she was sitting at the Front. Right in the face of the teacher.
Ahaha! Too bad we were a little too caught up with slamming our butts to the floor that we forgot about the eyeballs! And unbelievably, Miss Lim didnt know all this was an april fools joke until much later.
4) Recess :D
I was feeling soo scared i'd mess this up.
THE PLAN: Come out on time for recess, act normal, buy food, offer to buy drinks, pour the packet of worms (gummyworms- not real ones, duh.) into each cup, return to table, try not to laugh, hope they won't notice, watch their faces turn into horror as they freak out..
LIFE IS NOT A STORYBOOK: Came out late and had to lock classroom door, freaking out on whether they have already bought their drinks. Reached the canteen, Qing was queueing for orange bowl and Munn and Daph were already seated eating their food.
Ohmygosh. It was so tense. What should i do?
Should i just buy the drinks for Daph and Munn or should i wait for Qing?
Or what if they want to get the drinks themselves!
Do i act all innocent and say "i insist!" or do i secretly pop the worms into their food instead?
Or should i just treat everyone with drinks? Wait, that would be suspicious wouldn't it?
The lucky thing was that Qing came back pretty fast with her orange bowl, so i was able to ask them altogether :D
Munn wanted Ribena mixed 100plus, Daph wanted Ribena, Qing didnt want (awwman!)and Iced tea for me.
Then with evil laughter dancing inside of me, I set off on the highly secretive and important mission. Cue MissionImpossible3 theme song.
Luckily Dionne was there! (PS. THANK YOU MAGICMOUTH! WITHOUT YOU THIS MISSION WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE. Wow. That's ironic.) So i told Dionne my plan and recruited her to help. While i poured the worms into the drinks, she used the straws to push them deep inside the cup so it wouldn't be visible. Great teamwork! Although i have to mention the im-so-weirded-out stare by the drink stall uncle.
We delivered the precious treasures to them, and Munn had to be all smart and realise the "jelly-like" substance in the drink the first moment i passed it to her. You see, she was on a "Don't Trust Adeline Day". Oh well, although they didnt freak out, it was extremely fun executing the mission!
5) Continued with the class jokes. :D
6) On a mission with Munn, Qing and Daph to trick Mag and Sng :D
PLAN: Use UHU glue to stick a 20cent coin on the floor and watch as the two of them break their fingers trying to pick it up and bicker over the found coin. :D
Haha. It failed quite badly.
7) Everybody has a chance to be pranked whether they are sick or not :D Haha! Gotcha!
And for those who didn't get tricked, or didn't get to trick, there is still next year!
Don't be sad if you didn't get tricked my me :)
